The most surprising thing is Volkswagen ID.3. This car was able to sell more than 10,000 units per month last year, but now only 4,217 units have been sold in May. You know, this is the “control benchmark” praised by the media every day, why is it suddenly not popular?

BYD’s “Besieged on all sides” strategy

BYD Seagull sits firmly in the top spot with 400,000 units. What does this number mean? It is equivalent to the population of a small county, and each person buys one.

Haiming and Bingo followed closely behind, both breaking the 150,000 mark. Although BYD Dolphin ranked fourth, its sales of 100,000+ still made other brands jealous.

This is the power of dimensionality reduction. BYD has controlled costs tightly with its blade battery technology and complete industrial chain. The price range is 70,000 to 80,000 yuan, the range is 300-400 kilometers, and the configuration is not bad – this makes traditional fuel vehicles begin to doubt life.

Tesla Model 3 can squeeze into the top three, mainly relying on brand effect and super charging network. But to be honest, the price of 300,000 yuan is no longer 100,000 yuan, it is more like “accidentally” entering this list.

Volkswagen ID.3’s “midlife crisis”

Let’s talk about the topic model ID.3. Last year, this car was still the “leader” of joint venture electric vehicles, but this year it was crushed by domestic cars.
