1. Working principle of power battery electrical system:
(1)The electrical system mainly consists of BMS, current sensor, CSC acquisition module, relay, pre-charge resistor, and maintenance switch MSD to realize high-voltage output and charging input.
(2)CSC acquisition module has the following functions:
• Collect temperature signals of single cells
• Collect voltage signals of single cells
(3)Functions of BMS:
• Receive single cell voltage and single cell temperature signals fed back by CSC
• Monitoring of insulation resistance of high-voltage components of the whole vehicle
• Monitoring of water inlet temperature of battery pack coolant
• Control of relay
• Monitoring of relay
• Monitoring of high-voltage interlock
• Monitoring of current
2. Power battery charging operation process
Charging interface
The two sockets are arranged in parallel, which makes charging more convenient and eliminates the trouble of moving the car due to incorrect interfaces;
The left charging socket is DC-410V voltage, suitable for fast charging 10kW/60kW;
The right charging socket is AC-220V voltage, suitable for slow charging 1.8kW/3.3kW.
3. Operation process of DC fast charging of power battery
(1)First, make sure that the charging pile equipment is operating normally (through the fast charging pile display information or mobile phone APP).
(2)Open the charging port cover on the left side of the driver’s seat and turn on the switch. At this time, the charging port is open and the white indicator light of the charging port will light up. (The ignition switch can be charged in each state).
(3)Open the DC charging port cover and insert the DC charging gun into the fast charging socket. At this time, you should observe the instrument to successfully display the gun plug icon.
(4)After swiping the card on the DC charging pile, click Start Charging to turn on the DC charging mode or use the mobile phone APP to start charging.
(5)When stopping charging, first operate the mobile phone or charging pile to select Stop Charging, and observe the meter to show that charging is over before unplugging the DC charging gun. (Do not unplug the gun directly when charging is not stopped, and try to avoid charging on thunderstorm days).
4. Disassembly and assembly of DC charging socket
(1)Open the hood and remove the negative pole of the battery
(2)Disconnect the maintenance MSD switch
(3)Remove the left rear wheel and remove the wheel cover lining.
(4)Lift the vehicle, disconnect the fast charging high-voltage connector, and remove the two fixing bolts of the high-voltage wiring harness.
(5)Disconnect the buckle that fixes the DC charging harness.
(6)Remove the four fixing bolts of the DC charging socket.
(7)Remove the DC charging socket grounding harness fixing bolts and disengage the grounding harness.
(8)Remove the DC charging socket harness rubber sleeve hoop.
(9)Disconnect the DC charging socket harness low-voltage connector
(10)Disconnect the DC charging socket high-voltage harness fixing bracket
(11)Take out the DC charging socket assembly.
